Public Relations Account Executive
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic Public Relations team. As a Public Relations Account Executive, you’ll be expected to perform a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, which we have outlined in detail below.

Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, develop and implement yearly 360 campaigns (i.e., annual plans, social media campaigns, public relations strategies) for agency clients across multiple categories
  • Research and analyze the Hispanic media consumer in the United States
  • Strategic implementation of earned media and digital campaigns (social media, .com, etc.)
  • Track and report KPIs for digital and social media campaigns
  • Develop and present earned media quarterly reports to clients showcasing return on investment
  • Liaison between clients and agency team members to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and timely completion of projects
  • Interface with management to meet public relations needs, determine goals, and establish annual budgets
  • Help drive expansion for assigned clients in the Hispanic market in the US
  • Handle daily relationships with brand ambassadors, talents, and the influencer community, leading to constant and positive coverage
  • Create and establish new relationships with top traditional and digital media outlets, resulting in earned media
  • Coordinate interview and coverage opportunities for the launch of new campaigns and brand ambassadors
  • Develop scripts and talking points for brand ambassadors and spokespeople
  • Create and distribute press releases for assigned clients
  • Distribute strategic creative mailers for the launch of new products/campaigns to ensure earned media via traditional media outlets and influencer community
  • Lead recurring conference calls with current clients and agency partners
  • Adapt and translate materials for assigned clients
  • Develop, maintain, and report ongoing yearly budgets.
  • Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries, coordinating directly with influencers and bloggers to develop social outreach programs to promote the brand and its products
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for the platforms used and the intended audience
  • Create press releases & reach out to media outlets
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect clients and their brands
  • Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc
  • Manage social media team members (includes interns) responsibilities, conduct team meetings, advise on projects, and motivate team members
Requirements:
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience within an advertising or PR agency
  • Prior experience working in traditional PR
  • Extremely strong written & verbal communication skills in both Spanish & English
  • Prior experience in a related beauty or health industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of experiential marketing from a creative, strategic, and tactical perspective
  • Exceptional and strong relationship with a network of talent, sponsors, vendors, and providers
  • Ability to activate experiential programs both strategically and tactically

IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT department team. As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be expected to perform a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, which we have outlined in detail below. This is a part-time position in the office. Candidates must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30 am-5:30 pm in our Miami office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to users in Mac and Windows
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
  • Document and maintain system configurations and user support requests
  • Perform basic network and server administration tasks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 1 to 2 years working in a related field
  • Proven experience in IT support or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems and hardware
  • Basic understanding of network and server administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive attitude towards identifying and solving problems
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies and keep up-to-date with industry trends
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
