Advertising Account Executive
We are looking for a qualified Advertising Account Executive to manage customer accounts and act as a liaison between Clients and our Agency. You will be the daily contact for your assigned Clients and work to establish a clear line of communication with them and offer strategic counsel, essential in preserving Client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a responsible team player with a positive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Being a good listener and successfully communicating Client feedback to the team at large is a must. The candidate must be proactive, able to multitask effectively and lead internal teams on a daily basis. The role also entails working toward the continuous development of our business activities, culture and establishing our Agency as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Client relationships to accurately comprehend their needs and expectations
  • Receive Client feedback / requests and clearly communicate them to the appropriate departments within the Agency
  • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
  • Perform independent research to obtain knowledge of the Clients’ industry and business activities to suggest personalized solutions
  • Consult with Clients to organize promotional initiatives or decide on advertising material that suits their profiles and goals according to the agreed upon standards
  • Manage budgets and deadlines to ensure Client requests are effectively completed
  • Develop detailed creative work orders for Client requests
  • Assist in development of creative briefs
  • Collaborate closely with media team to review strategy and plans
  • Review all Client-facing deliverables for grammar, spelling and to ensure they deliver on objective
  • Actively participate in internal and Client-facing meetings
Education and Experience:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position
  • Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
  • Basic understanding of traditional / digital / social media
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or relevant field
  • Experience in categories such as spirits, retail and/or healthcare preferred, but not a must
